Outcomes in thoracolumbar burst fractures with a thoracolumbar injury classification score (TLICS) of 4 treated with surgery vs initial conservative management

Journal of Spinal Disorders & Techniques Jul 04, 2018

Nataraj A, et al. - Authors ascertained if surgery or nonoperative treatment had better clinical outcomes in neurologically intact patients with an intermediate severity thoracolumbar burst fracture. Results did not suggest any differences in outcomes between patients treated either surgically or nonsurgically.
