Bajpai J, et al. - In this article, researchers sought to report the feasibility and outcome of a novel non-high dosemethotrexate-based, dose-dense combination chemotherapy regimen 'OGS-12' in non-metastatic treatment naive extremity osteosarcoma patients treated at their institution. In these patients, OGS-12 protocol produced comparable outcomes to international standards, with acceptable toxicity and seemed worthy of wider clinical application.
