Bob-Manuel T, et al. - Herein, researchers undertook an appraisal of the safety and efficacy of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in high-risk patients with native aortic valve regurgitation (NAVR). Findings illustrated a connection between TAVR with favorable pacemaker implantation and 1-year mortality rates, presenting with a high 30-day mortality among selected patients with NAVR.
