Chen W, et al. - In this present study, the physicians examined the changes of the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) and analyze the relationship between the NLR and TBI outcome. In severe TBI, NLR was possibly found to be useful as a novel predictor of 1-year outcome and mortality.
