Navigated laser photocoagulation in patients with non-resolving and chronic central serous chorioretinopathy
Graefe's Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology Jun 15, 2018
Müller B, et al. - Researchers ascertained the efficacy of navigated focal laser photocoagulation in patients with chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) and active leakage on fluorescein angiography (FA). They included 32 eyes of 32 patients with persistent or recurrent CSCR who received navigated laser photocoagulation of leaking point(s) between June 2013 and 2016. The age of the included participants was 48 ± 11 years. Findings suggested safety and effectiveness of laser treatment with Navilas using eye tracking and FA-based planning as an alternative therapy for patients with chronic CSCR.
