Aouizerate J, et al. - Herein, the authors assessed if myositis-specific autoantibodies (MSAs) were related to distinct clinical–pathological changes and severity in a monocentric juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) cohort. Results suggested that marked muscle ischaemic involvement and the presence of anti-NXP2 autoantibodies were related to more severe forms of JDM.
