Fukuda A, et al. - Herein, researchers investigated if a modified triangular technique of hepatic vein reconstruction would be effective in preventing hepatic venous outflow obstruction (HVOO) in pediatric living-donor liver transplantation (LDLT). Findings demonstrated usefulness of the modified triangular technique of hepatic vein reconstruction with total clamping of the inferior vena cava for preventing HVOO in pediatric LDLT.
