Modified minimally invasive approach and intra-osseous portal for three-part proximal humeral fractures: A comparative study

Zhang Z, et al. - The purpose of this study was to gauge the clinical outcomes and efficacy of a modified anterolateral approach and intra-osseous portal in the minimally invasive treatment of three-part proximal humeral fractures vs the traditional deltopectoral approach. For minimally invasive reduction and plating treatment for three-part proximal humeral fractures, the use of the modified anterolateral approach and the intra-osseous portal was noted to be safe and effective.
