Galuppini F, et al. - Expression of miR-375 and YAP1 in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) speciments was determined. The association with clinicopathologic features and patient outcome was also determined. It was shown that miR-375 plays a central role in MTC progression. Thus, the miR-375 pathway could serve as an effective target in novel MTC therapeutic strategies.
