Metal-composite adhesion based on diazonium chemistry

Oweis Y, et al. – Study authors attempted to develop a new adhesive, based on diazonium chemistry, to facilitate chemical bonding between dental alloys and composite resin. They suggested that diazonium adhesion can effectively achieve a strong chemical bond between dental alloys and composite resin. They recommended that this technology can be used for composite repair of fractured crowns, for crown cementation with resin based cement and for bracket bonding.
