Cavalcante MB, et al. - Herein, researchers assessed the predictors of therapeutic success in women with a history of recurrent miscarriages (RMs) having undergone lymphocyte immunotherapy (LIT). The factors that were associated with LIT failure included age, the number of previous miscarriages, and the association between autoantibodies and thrombophilia. In cases of secondary RM, it was noted that a higher number of previous miscarriages led to better LIT outcomes.
