Zhou Y, et al. - This retrospective study was performed to investigate the diagnostic value of a laparoscopic finding of a hepatic subcapsular spider-like telangiectasis (HSST) sign in biliary atresia (BA). In BA, the HSST sign was characteristic. Laparoscopic exploration for the HSST sign was valuable in the diagnosis of BA.
