Vuong LN, et al. - Herein, researchers analyzed if frozen-embryo transfer yielded similar benefit as the in vitro fertilization (IVF) transfer of fresh embryos, in infertile women not associated with the polycystic ovary syndrome. It was unveiled that the transfer of frozen embryos did not lead to substantially higher rates of ongoing pregnancy or live birth than the transfer of fresh embryos.
