Kragt L, et al. – A cross–sectional study was conducted to examine self–esteem (SE) in the association between subjective orthodontic need and oral health–related quality of life (OHRQoL) in children. The findings suggested that the association between subjective orthodontic need and OHRQoL was not based on the SE of children. It was noted that SE modified the association between subjective orthodontic need and OHRQoL.
