Zhu Q, et al. - This research was designed to determine the safety, efficacy and complication of transvaginal modified sacrospinous ligament fixation with mesh using for the treatment of vaginal vault prolapse. Findings revealed that for elderly patients whose requirements for sexual life were relatively low, transvaginal modified sacrospinous ligament fixation with mesh could be performed easily and could be a safe surgery.
