Armaghanian N, et al. - This study entails an analysis of the patient electronic medical records (EMR) at a single center adult cystic fibrosis clinic to determine the patient characteristics as well as the prevalence of hypoglycaemia on oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTT) and explore associations with demographic and clinical characteristics. Patient reported symptoms suggestive of hypoglycaemia were also explored. Two potentially different presentations of hypoglycaemia occurring in different clinic sub-populations were identified in this work, however, knowledge gaps in the aetiology and triggers of hypoglycaemia remain.
