Fracture resistance of titanium-based lithium disilicate and zirconia implant restorations

Roberts EE, et al. - The researchers sought to assess the fracture resistance of a newer lithium disilicate abutment material. It was noted that the new lithium-disilicate hybrid-abutment material could serve as a useful alternative to the use of zirconia as a hybrid-abutment material based on fracture load.
