Misailidi N, et al. – This review aims to provide all the available information on the two fentanyl analogues (ocfentanil and carfentanil). These two fentanyl analogues are undoubtedly very dangerous opioid drugs and a very serious matter of concern for public safety. By taking proper and prompt measures, the authorities should take the appropriate actions to avoid the expansion of this threat.
