External validation of a proposed prognostic model for the prediction of 1-year postoperative eGFR after living donor nephrectomy

Kulik U, et al. - This study entailed the external validation of a recently proposed prognostic model for the prediction of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 1 year after living donor nephrectomy. In the study cohort, the proposed prognostic model for the prediction of postoperative eGFR was successfully validated and hence, considered as generally applicable.
