External jugular veno-accompanying artery adipofascial flap: A novel and convenient flap for head and neck reconstruction

Park SO, et al. – The surgeons intended to figure out whether the veno–accompanying artery adipofascial (VAF) flap could be applied to the external jugular vein. They concluded that EJ–VAF flap was a reliable and convenient flap. They also illustrated its usefulness in the reconstruction of small to medium head and neck defects.
