Hamai Y, et al. - In this work, researchers evaluated prognostic factors for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy followed by surgery. As per findings, performance status 1 and ypN+ seemed to have a significant association with a poor prognosis after trimodality therapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).
