Mills KA, et al. - In this systematic review, the efficacy and tolerability of different antidepressant pharmacologic treatments were investigated for depressive symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD). For the treatment of depression in PD, multiple antidepressant classes were potentially efficacious. However, their further comparative efficacy and tolerability research was required.
