Lertchirakarn V, et al. – The impacts of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on stem cells from the apical papilla (SCAPs)' proliferation and osteogenic differentiation were investigated in this study. It was observed in the findings that LPS did not affect SCAP proliferation and mineralization. However, LPS at high concentration, 5 μg/mL, increased BSP gene expression.
