Effectiveness of Kinesio Taping in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain: A systematic review with meta-analysis

Spine Dec 21, 2018

Da Luz Júnior MA, et al. - Authors analyzed the subjects with nonspecific low back pain to estimate the consequences of Kinesio Taping (KT) under randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and compared KT to no intervention or placebo as well as KT combined with exercise against exercise alone. They measured statistical reporting of the eligible trials by the 11-item PEDro scale and quality of the evidence by using the GRADE classification. They observed no significant data to support the use of KT in clinical practice for candidates with chronic nonspecific low back pain.
