Longbrake EE, et al. - This research was pursued in order to determine the efficacy of alternative dose fingolimod for ≥ 1 month for the treatment of relapsing multiple sclerosis. Yielded data supported the strategy of alternative dosing of fingolimod in subjects with good disease control but profound lymphopenia or other adverse events when on daily dose.
