Effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on short-term and long-term treatment of chronic tinnitus

Abtahi H, et al. - This study incorporated an inquiry of the effectiveness of anodal and cathodal methods in reducing the intensity of tinnitus. The yielded data were then compared with the control group. When compared to the cathodal and control stimulation, the anodal stimulation was illustrated to be more effective in reducing the intensity of tinnitus in the short term.
