Singh SM, et al. - This study was designed to assess mortality and hospitalizations among new-onset atrial fibrillation patients who received care by cardiac electrophysiologists vs those who did not receive such care. Findings revealed that electrophysiologist care was not associated with improved clinical outcomes in this patient population.
