Yeon PS, et al. - Authors here sought to delineate the severe infection associated with Carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii complex (CRABC) bacteremic pneumonia and to determine risk factors for 28-day mortality. they recognized extremely high mortality rate of CRABC bacteremic pneumonia. To improve the outcome of patients with CRABC bacteremic pneumonia, appropriate empirical therapy could be helpful.
