Erdur SK, et al. - This trial was conducted to assess the tear osmolarity and tear film parameters in subjects having vitiligo. Findings demonstrated the association of vitiligo with tear hyperosmolarity and tear film dysfunction. Compared to those without ocular involvement, patients with vitiligo with periocular involvement could be more prone to dry eye.
