Double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is better than single-bundle reconstruction in terms of objective assessment but not in terms of subjective score

Hashem El-Sherief FA, et al. - This study entails an outcome comparison between patients who underwent either double-bundle (DB) or single-bundle (SB) anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction for ACL injury. Double-bundle ACL reconstruction vs SB reconstruction had a significant advantage in anterior and rotational stability as well as objective International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC), however, both the techniques did not have statistical differences as demonstrated by subjective measurements.
