Divided consumption of late-night-dinner improves glucose excursions in young healthy women: A randomized cross-over clinical trial

Kajiyama S, et al. - This randomized cross-over clinical trial was conducted to investigate the acute effect of the late-night-dinner and the divided dinner (DD) on postprandial glucose levels in young healthy women. Compared to DD, consuming late-night-dinner increased postprandial glucose levels. Thus, findings suggested that in young healthy women, DD could be a practical strategy for reduction of postprandial glucose levels.
