Groen-Hakan F, et al. - A comparative scrutiny was conducted of the value of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) with angiotensin-converting enzyme [ACE] as diagnostic biomarkers of sarcoidosis in patients with uveitis. sIL-2R was illustrated as a beneficial marker for diagnosing sarcoidosis in patients with uveitis. It reported slightly better diagnostic value than ACE.
