Dermatology and Therapy Nov 18, 2017
Jackson JM, et al. - This study was initiated in order to evaluate the effect of betamethasone dipropionate spray, 0.05% (DFD-01) and its vehicle on skin hydration and barrier function in compromised skin. Researchers also probed into its effect on flexibility in the case of healthy skin. The results illustrated that DFD-01 formulation and its vehicle were effective at retaining moisture within a damaged skin barrier. They were also found to be effective for softening and increasing the flexibility of intact skin.
