Detection of immune responses after immunotherapy in glioblastoma using PET and MRI

Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America Oct 04, 2017

Antonios JA, et al. - This study is performed to test the hypothesis that PET probes for deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) could be utilized to differentiate immune inflammatory responses from other sources of contrast-enhancement on MRI. Outcomes of this study identify a noninvasive modality capable of imaging the host antitumor immune response against intracranial tumors.
