Deleterious impact of C3d-binding donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies after pediatric liver transplantation

Couchonnal E, et al. – A research was formulated to analyse the prevalence and clinical impact of anti–HLA donor–specific antibodies (DSA) after liver transplantation (LT) especially in pediatric population. Increasing regularly with time, the prevalence of DSA was high. An association was observed between the presence of C3d positive–DSA with high MFI and a higher rate of graft loss.
