Deep neck space infections-A study in diabetic population in a tertiary care centre

Sharma K, et al. – This study focused on the clinical profile and outcomes of deep neck space infection in diabetic patients in the tertiary care centre. In these patients, early surgical drainage was the main method of treatment. Orodental hygiene, regular dental check ups and by avoidance of substance abuse like tobacco chewing, primary prevention could be achieved.
