Hampson LA, et al. - Researchers intended to inspect the upshot of conservative management of high-grade renal trauma on the length of hospitalization. They also strived to elucidate the characteristics of patients with the high-grade renal trauma that were related to an increased length of stay (LOS) and the effect of conservative vs surgical management on hospital LOS. No prominent variation was revealed between conservative and surgical management of high-grade renal trauma, with regard to the hospital LOS. Conservative management of high-grade renal trauma did not exert any effect on the patients' length of hospitalization.
