Fischer S, et al. - This study was performed to compare sub- vs suprafascially raised anterolateral thigh free flaps with regard to donor-site morbidity, function, and aesthetics. Findings revealed no impact of sub- or suprafascial harvest of the anterolateral thigh (ALT) free flap for extremity reconstruction in terms of donor-site morbidity or complications.
