Based on these outcomes, fetal outcome parameters exhibited no difference between the 2 groups while vaginal delivery is less likely to happen after a successful external cephalic version (ECV) compared to spontaneous cephalic singleton pregnancies. As it is a safe and effective procedure physicians must counsel and encourage women to attempt ECV.
