Thakur A, et al. - The researchers aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of excimer lamp compared to topical ointment containing calcipotriol (0.005% w/w) and clobetasol propionate (0.05% w/w) combination in patients with palmoplantar psoriasis (PPP). Equal effectiveness was illustrated by both excimer lamp and calcipotriol-clobetasol combination in the treatment of PPP.
