Comparing oncologic outcomes after minimally invasive and open surgery for pediatric neuroblastoma and Wilms tumor

Ezekian B, et al. – The authors used a national database to compare the oncologic outcomes between open and minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for pediatric neuroblastoma and Wilms tumor (WT). Their findings indicated that MIS was probably a safe method of oncologic resection of neuroblastoma and WT. However, more likewise studies were needed to verify these results.
