Mowla A, et al. - Researchers compared the efficacy of escitalopram with sertraline on obsessive and compulsive symptoms in patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). They found comparable efficacy of escitalopram and sertraline in the treatment of obsessions and compulsions in patients with OCD. However, it must be noted that this study was preliminary and larger double-blind controlled studies were required to confirm the outcomes.
