Chai YJ, et al. - The experts undertook a comparative analysis of transoral robotic thyroidectomy (TORT) and bilateral axillo-breast approach (BABA) robotic thyroidectomy. It was reported that the TORT procedure could be performed safely. In few patients, it exhibited comparable outcomes with BABA robotic thyroidectomy. Hence, TORT could serve as an alternative approach for patients who preferred a scar-free thyroidectomy.
