Coccygectomy for posttraumatic coccygodynia: A long-term prospective study

El Mohsen Arafa A, et al. - This study presents the outcomes of coccygectomy for trauma-induced coccygodynia that could not be treated conservatively. Coccygectomy provided significant pain relief during the postoperative period and, recommended as a last resort treatment for coccygodynia after failed conservative treatment.
