Li J, et al. – Authors here introduced and evaluated a new technique to perform closure of a direct inguinal hernia defect in laparoscopic repair. The present direct inguinal hernia defect closing technique with barbed suture proved a simple, easily reproducible, and effective method for the prevention of seroma formation.
