Xie L, et al. - Regarding the clinical utility of systemic symptoms in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) positivity, this study reports that the pathogenic role of ANCA in patients with IgAN can be predicted via evaluation of systemic symptoms, which represents a simple, readily available clinical tool for this purpose in this group of patients.
