Clinical and pathological significance of cutaneous manifestations in ANCA-associated vasculitides

Frumholtz L, et al. - This study focused on the clinical and pathological significance of cutaneous manifestations (CM) in ANCA-associated vasculitides (AAV). A peculiar pattern of cutaneous lesions was seemed to be related to each AAV. In GPA, CM was associated with poorer prognosis. No specific feature of each AAV was demonstrated by clinical-pathological correlations, whereas granulomatous infiltrates varied according to the type of lesions.
