Verma V, et al. - Researchers conducted this study to assess outcomes of chemoradiotherapy (CRT) vs chemotherapy (CT) alone in unresected nonmetastatic gallbladder cancer (GC). In comparison to CT alone, CRT had an independent association with improved survival in unresected nonmetastatic GC. Although causation is not indicated, findings here support the necessity for prospective CRT evaluation.
