Kim B, et al. – The goal of this study was to assess the changes in muscle strength consequent to muscle mass decrease caused by diet–induced weight reduction in obese men. Findings recommended that after diet–induced weight reduction, exercise should be performed in order to regain muscle mass and strength and to improve body weight–normalized lower extremity muscle strength.
