CCL19/CCR7 contributes to the pathogenesis of endometriosis via PI3K/Akt pathway by regulating the proliferation and invasion of ESCs

Diao R, et al. – In view of the increased level of CCL19 in the peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis, the precise mechanism of CCL19/CCR7 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis was explored. CCL19/CCR7 contributed to proliferation and invasion of endometrial stromal cells (ESCs). It was conducive to the pathogenesis of endometriosis through activating PI3K/Akt pathway.
